By accessing or using the TibreSuite platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, and enterprise clients.

TibreSuite provides a comprehensive software solution for task management, document collaboration, and team communication. The Service includes both free and paid features, subject to the specific terms of your agreement with TibreSuite. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to affected users.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. TibreSuite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: uploading malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing spam or unsolicited communications, and engaging in any activity that violates applicable data protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, content, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of TibreSuite and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any portion of the Service without explicit written consent from TibreSuite.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or share through the Service. By submitting content, you grant TibreSuite a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Data Security and Privacy

TibreSuite employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party applications or contain links to external websites. TibreSuite is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of such third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by the terms and conditions of those services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TibreSuite and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TibreSuite from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, effective upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

13. Changes to Terms

TibreSuite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
